Every Catsy item is created individually from the photo you upload and the style you choose. Because our products are personalized and made just for you, our return policy is different from that of ready-made products. Please read this carefully before ordering.
Digital downloads
Digital files are delivered to you immediately and cannot be returned once purchased. As the artwork is generated specifically for your cat and delivered as a downloadable file, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you have any trouble accessing or downloading your file, contact us and we'll make sure you receive it.
Printed products
Printed products (such as posters and canvas prints) are made to order especially for you, so we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, a wrong photo, or the artistic result not matching your expectations.
However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or misprinted, we will gladly arrange a replacement or a refund at no extra cost. To request this, please email us within 14 days of delivery at hello@catsy.art with your order details and clear photos showing the problem.
